THE COACH

Christian Leitner

Inspiring young athletes to
reach their best

In many years of coaching highly successful athletes like Kalle, Michaela or Sami, I know how to coach athletes to unleash their technical best. A very good coach should be able to do that as well. But what distinguishes a very good coach from an excellent coach?

An excellent coach provides a guideline and structure for athletes to follow in order to achieve clearly defined goals. An excellent coach looks not only at the athlete, but at the whole person. An excellent coach listens, observes and learns. An excellent coach pays special attention to the relationship level between the athlete and himself. An excellent coach knows how to give feedback.

If you can relate to my understanding of excellent coaching, then we should talk.
